Coronavirus (COVID-19) Concerns
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, per guidance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), The Pavilion Senior Living is implementing a LIMITED VISITATION policy in our Lebanon Communities in order to help control and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

LIMITED VISITATION means that visits will ONLY be allowed under very specific circumstances and MUST be approved IN ADVANCE by Administration.

If someone you know resides at our Lebanon communities, we encourage you to implement alternate methods to stay connected to your family member or loved one. If The Pavilion Senior Living can assist you in making an “alternate connection,” please do not hesitate to ask for our assistance!

We will keep family members and guests advised as we receive further guidance from CMS and other resources. Please know that we do not implement these prevention strategies lightly, but with a deep commitment to protecting the health and well-being of our residents and guests.

Thank you,

Joey Njezic
Regional Director of Operations & Administrator
