Avocados

Adding avocados to your diet can be very significant in supporting your immune system. They contain antioxidants, amino acids, and healthy fats to help balance bodily hormones. Avocados contain vitamins A, C, and E which are antioxidants that help strengthen your immune system. Beta-carotene and other carotenoids, such as lutein and zeaxanthin are also antioxidants that are found in avocados. Avocados are also great for weight management and heart health. 

Oregano

Oregano is famously known to be in your pasta sauce, but it has many health benefits as well. Oregano can help improve your gut health and is a great immune system booster. It helps to eliminate harmful bacteria that is in your digestive system. Oregano oil has antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties. Oregano can also be an antioxidant, anti-allergenic, anti-parasitic, and aids in digestion. You can intake oregano from an inhalator, a diffuser, or add a few drops to a glass of water. It can be taken to stop the common cold, coughing, bronchitis, ear infections, stomach issues, allergies and so much more. Now, most people may not know what larch is, but arabinogalactan is found in various vegetables. The most common sources are the North American larch trees and are crazy as that sounds when ingested can fight a multitude of sicknesses. The things that larch arabinogalactan can help fight are pneumonia, acute rhinitis, the flu, liver disease and cancer, inflammation, and other conditions such as high blood pressure.
