Victoria at The Pavilion
Victoria joined The Pavilion family the summer of 2017 as the Activity Director at The Pavilion Senior Living at Lebanon Assisted Living and Memory Care. She will now serve as Community Liaison for both of the Lebanon locations. She will be working with families, future residents and referral partners on admissions. On top of that, she is also part of The Pavilion Marketing Team.
She now has the joy of working with family members as they walk their loved one down the path of transitioning into a senior living community. Many families are a part of the "sandwich" generation of being both parents of their children and also the caretaker of their parents which can be very stressful for residents’ families. When they finally become part of The Pavilion family and utilize the services, then they will become children of their parents again, not just caregivers. Victoria stated,
“I want to be able to help walk them down this path to make it easier.”
Victoria’s favorite thing about working for The Pavilion is being able to serve seniors in her own hometown. When she was the Activity Director, she learned the value of seniors living in a community setting. The seniors get to develop valuable relationships with other residents and staff and determine exactly what is so special about senior living. Victoria has since made many individual bonds with residents as she did simple things like eating lunch with them, playing cards and carrying them to the doctor. Moments can be special no matter how simple, especially with some extra special residents.
The Pavilion is so proud to have members like Victoria Harrison a part of the team. She truly makes a difference in the lives of the residences and their families. To stay up to date on all The Pavilion Spotlights and learn the newest tips in senior living, subscribe to our blog!
